Everhot 120i (Induction)

Description

EVERHOT 120i

The Everhot 120i provides you with three ovens – on the left you’ll find the roasting and baking ovens, and on the right a slow cooking oven for when you have a houseful. With the 120i the final door conceals all the controls necessary to run the cooker.

The Everhot 120i is generally delivered as a one piece cooker, however where there is difficult access the cooker can be delivered in two pieces which will be joined once in position.

In addition to the classic cast iron hot and simmer plates, the 120i incorporates a fantastic three zone induction hob, perfect for hot summer days or to augment the overall cooking area.

Features

EVERHOT 120i I SPECIFICATION

Fuel Type
Electric – two 13 amp sockets are required.

Servicing
No regular servicing is required – a saving against other brands.

Background Warmth
When operated at our recommended working temperatures, the EVERHOT 120i will produce approximately 700W of heat. It should be noted however that this heat output can be dramatically reduced by switching off parts of the cooker. It should hence be regarded as a 12 month a year solution*.

Energy Consumption
The EVERHOT 120i consumes approximately 100KWh per week when used at recommended settings*.

* Recommended temperatures are normal cooking temperatures with ECO enabled between 9pm and 5am. Energy consumption and heat output figures are based on the use of 2 ovens; should you wish to utilise the right hand oven, the heat output will rise to 700Wand the consumption to 100 KWh per week. Induction hobs are very energy efficient, however total consumption cannot be predicted as it varies with usage.

ECO Control
ECO ControlThis functionality is now available as standard on all EVERHOT cookers. It provides a type of ‘sleep’ facility which allows the range to be dropped to a low temperature that can be pre-determined.

The ECO function can be entered manually through a button on the control box or can be controlled automatically via a simple timer function. We estimate the likely savings through regular overnight use to be around 15% of overall running costs.

In addition, whist in ECO mode, the cooker has a maximum load requirement of 2KW, this facility will particularly appeal to customers who use sustainable energy systems – wind, water, photovoltaic, etc.
