Our story ..

After having been let down a couple of times by other fireplace retailers, we visited the Burning Desire Showrooms.

Lorraine showed us round and chatted to us without overly selling and once Ben came out to do a mini survey and confirm we could have what we wanted, we were confident that we had chosen wisely.

The whole process from showroom to installation went smoothly and we now have a fantastic addition to our conservatory which was almost ‘out of bounds’ in winter with inefficient radiators.

The stove is a contemporary focal point and we cannot wait to show it off!
