We were recommended to Burning Desire by a friend at work and as we like to use local businesses we went for a look around their showrooms.

Craig was lovely, he asked what we wanted and advised us rather than try any pressure selling, which we hate. He took us to a display which was almost identical to what we were looking for.

As we were refurbishing our entire new home, the installation of the fire had to fit within a certain time schedule and Burning Desire assured us that they could fit the fire within that time frame.

Even though our chimney needed sweeping and the existing fire was ‘badly fitted’ the installers were very efficient, polite and cleaned up really well. What we have now is the focal point of our lounge – a gas fire with great output and limestone fireplace that fits with and adds value to the rest of our home.

We even have a remote control for it so we don’t have to bother with kneeling in front of it!
